Tylir is a RYT-200 Certified Yoga Teacher with over 15 years of yoga practice.

As someone with Hypermobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, she has seen first hand the impact yoga can have on improving one’s overall health and wellbeing. With her love of yoga and passion for sharing knowledge–Bend Not Break Yoga was born.

Her mission is to make yoga more accessible and help students improve their strength and mobility for a long and healthy life.
